About Nazia Hirani-Bradley

Founder and Principal Architect of Novel Architecture Studio

Nazia Hirani Bradley is the founder of Novel Architecture Studio, a boutique practice focused on creating heirloom-quality homes for clients who prioritize privacy and intentional living. Her designs are distinguished by emotional intelligence, cultural depth, and an understanding of how a space can evoke feelings from the moment one arrives.

Nazia’s process begins with exploring the legacy and identity her clients wish to convey. Her philosophy combines healing-centered research, cultural sensitivity, and luxury craftsmanship. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a Master’s thesis on architecture's role in emotional healing, informed by her partnership with New Life Village and the Community Development Corporation of Tampa.

Her career began at EYP in Atlanta, designing pediatric healthcare environments, where her personal experiences gave her insight into how spaces affect well-being. Now, she focuses on luxury residential and wellness hospitality projects that embody serenity and cultural grounding.

Nazia’s expertise spans commercial, spiritual, healthcare, and high-end residential design. At Novel Architecture Studio, each project is approached as a work of art, ensuring that homes are technically sophisticated, aesthetically timeless, and emotionally intuitive.

Every design is created with long-term legacy in mind, prioritizing meaningful materials and thoughtful circulation to enhance relationships. For clients seeking a sanctuary that reflects their story and values, Nazia offers a partnership built on transperancy, empathy, and excellence.
